The Apex Legends Godzilla event runs from November 10 to December 1, 2026, and you can earn the Jet Jaguar skin for Octane without buying the premium pass. There are also two Godzilla-themed Twitch Drops. Start with those if you want everything: the Twitch campaign ends November 17, two weeks before the event pass ends.
Which Godzilla rewards can you get for free?
There are two places to earn rewards: the free track of the event pass inside Apex Legends and the Twitch Drops campaign. The pass advances through event challenges. Twitch rewards come from watching eligible streams and claiming each reward in Twitch.
| Reward | How to earn it | Announced end date |
|---|---|---|
| Epic Jet Jaguar skin for Octane | Progress through the free event pass | December 1 |
| Chibi Charmzilla weapon charm | Watch 30 minutes of eligible Apex Legends streams and claim the Drop | November 17 |
| Mothra’s Milestones tracker set | Watch 60 minutes of eligible Apex Legends streams and claim the Drop | November 17 |
The free pass also includes event packs, badges, stat trackers, Crafting Metals, and XP. If you’re looking for Ghidorah 1991 for Catalyst, that skin is on the premium track, which EA lists at 950 Apex Coins.
How to unlock the Jet Jaguar Octane skin
When the event opens, go to the Godzilla Event Pass in Apex Legends and look for Jet Jaguar on the free reward track. Check its milestone and the challenges available to you before queuing for a match. That gives you a clear target for the session.
If two challenges can progress in the same match, work on them together. For example, if one asks you to play a match and another tracks something you can do in that match, you can make progress toward both in one session. Read the wording carefully before choosing a mode or changing your loadout.
At the end of your first match, check the pass again. If an objective hasn’t moved, look for a mode restriction or another requirement in the challenge description. That quick check can save you from spending an evening on matches that don’t advance your goal. If you’re leaving the skin until later in the event, check the in-game countdown for the cutoff.
How to claim both Godzilla Twitch Drops
- Link the EA Account you use to play Apex Legends. In your EA Account settings, open Connected Accounts, select Twitch, and complete the sign-in process. Check that the EA Account is the one connected to the platform where you play.
- Find a participating streamer. During the November 10–17 window, choose an Apex Legends stream with Drops enabled for the Godzilla campaign.
- Check your progress early. On Twitch, open your profile menu and select Drops & Rewards. Check that your watch time is counting before leaving the stream running.
- Claim each reward when it becomes available. Return to Drops & Rewards at the 30-minute and 60-minute milestones. Confirm that each reward shows as claimed before closing Twitch.
- Launch Apex Legends on the account you linked. EA says some Drops can take up to 24 hours after you claim them to appear in-game.
If you switch streams, check that the new creator is participating in the same campaign. If progress stops, verify the campaign and the account you’re signed into before spending another hour watching.
What if your reward is missing?
Start with the status in Twitch. If the Drop is ready to claim, claim it there. If it already shows as claimed, check your linked EA Account and confirm that you’re signed into the same account in-game. Restart the game and allow the delivery window to pass. EA says rewards sent to a different EA Account can’t be transferred, so check the account before earning and claiming the Drops.
If you need to contact support after 24 hours, save screenshots of the claimed reward, the campaign name, and any relevant error. Crop out private account details. If you’d rather attach one document than several screenshots, you can combine the JPG or PNG files with Enzvia’s free images-to-PDF converter.
If you only have time for one session, claim the Twitch Drops first. That campaign ends on November 17, while the free event pass stays open until December 1. For more event coverage and practical walkthroughs, browse Enzvia’s Gaming guides.
